People of Koderma are informed that we are taking an initiative to achieve quick redressal of their grievances. To speed up this work and facilitate the people, a portal called MEETA (Monitoring & Effective Escalation for Timely Action) has been developed by the District Administration called Grievance Redressal System.
Through this portal, a complaint can be filed online, after which it would be processed from Block Nodal Officer's Login to concerned Departments and then it will be resolved/reported by those Departments.
